Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with Spanish and EU consumer law. We recommend reaching out as soon as you know — it keeps everything moving smoothly.

Returns are simple. No interrogation, no hard feelings. We just ask that the piece comes back to us exactly as it left: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with every original tag and hygiene seal in place.

The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We understand the temptation to try it on at the beach — we'd do the same. But a returned piece needs to be in the same condition it arrived in.

All original tags and packaging must be intact. Hang tags, care cards, and any protective packaging are considered part of the piece. Please keep them attached and included.

The hygiene seal must be untouched. For reasons of health and hygiene, every ARENAS swimwear piece is supplied with a hygiene seal or hygienic liner on the interior of the garment. Once that seal has been removed or broken, Spanish law (Article 103.1.e of the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) no longer allows us to accept the piece back for resale, and we will not be able to issue a refund.

Our advice: try the piece on over your own underwear, and leave the seal exactly where you found it until you're certain.

Email us at hello@arenasresortwear.eu with your order number and the piece you'd like to return. We'll confirm receipt of your request and walk you through the next steps personally — there is no automated portal yet, only us.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we've indicated otherwise for your specific case. We recommend sending your return with tracking; the piece remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 5 business days. If everything checks out, your refund — including any standard outbound shipping you were charged — is issued within 14 calendar days of us receiving the piece, back to your original payment method.

If a piece doesn't meet the conditions above, we'll let you know, and it will be returned to you at your expense.

ARENAS pieces are made to be worn for years, not one season. If something arrives less than perfect, or a question comes up that this page doesn't answer, write to us. We read every message ourselves.
